Each of these recipes is moderately priced, and includes everything required to produce 62 gallons of premium craft beer, as well as all the materials needed to clean and sanitize the system in preparation for the next batch. Operators can expect the overall cost of producing beer on site to be significantly less than purchasing equivalent, commercially brewed beers. And because the beer is a genuine microbrew, the customer is often willing to spend a bit more to enjoy it. Strict federal and local government regulations have discouraged many would-be brewpub owners. This is why BrewTech has developed a proprietary Personal Computer Interface for the FALCON brewing system. The PC interface allows the system to actively monitor and transmit data from the main control system to a personal computer running the BrewTech software. (Windows98 / Windows NT platform) The PC software then interprets the data, creates detailed reports, and then archives the information to a permanent storage device. What this means to the Pub Owner is, no need to manually create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. These are all created automatically by the system. The software package also allows BrewTech customers to place recipe orders via the Internet or a direct dial-up connection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Perfect for the long evening hours that must be kept in the food and beverage industry.) In addition to online ordering, the PC software also tracks all inventories into and out of the system, automatically.The FALCON system also offers significant aesthetic appeal, and is available in several finishes, from a state-of-the-art bright polished stainless steel to the Old World style of classic brass. The FALCON can complement any décor, and creates a sense of visual credibility for guests. The modular design of the FALCON allows the whole system, or as little as one tank to be showcased, if space is at a premium.
