The FALCON (Fully Automated Loop CONtrol) Brewing System is a completely automated, computer controlled microbrewery designed specifically to meet the needs of today’s fast paced, and highly competitive food service markets. 

Utilizing the latest in industrial process control technology, the FALCON system is able to deliver a level of automation that was formerly enjoyed only by large, national and regional breweries.  All aspects of the brewing process that once required the experience of a trained Brewmaster are now accomplished and monitored automatically by the system’s two onboard computers. Even advanced responsibilities such as brewer’s log entries, and mandatory government reports can be handled automatically. Because an industrial grade computer controller drives the system, reliability and consistency are assured. 

The FALCON’s small footprint makes ideal for retrofitting into existing establishments, as well as new locations.  A space only 16 x 9 feet is all that is needed to install the basic system, and the FALCON’s modular design allows for easy expansion as demand increases.  All components of the system have been designed to comfortably fit through standard size 36-inch doorways, eliminating the need for large entrances, and extensive demolition prior to installation.
