BrewTech Labs, Inc. Support Standard Service Support consists of the following: ·
Upon
installation, BrewTech Labs, Inc. will evaluate the system and test it to our
satisfaction. ·
System
training and first customer brew will be done as described above.
This process is begun on the first brew day, and completed during
filtration and carbonation. User documentation will be given to all participants. ·
For a
period of 30 days after successful training, BrewTech Labs, Inc.
will be available for 24 hour on site service.
(Pager service with 1 hour call-back guarantee) Extended service
agreements are available. ·
For a
period of 1 year BrewTech Labs, Inc. will support and replace all electronic
control elements that are deemed to have failed during normal usage.
During this period, free software upgrades and monthly system audits are
also included. (System Audits
include general system review and instrument calibrations) Extended service
agreements are available. ·
For a
period of 2 year BrewTech Labs, Inc. will support and replace all mechanical
control elements that are deemed to have failed during normal usage.
(This does not include expendables such as clamp gaskets) |
